Methodology
Structure working practices, establish a clear organisation and create a shared framework before undertaking any transformation.
About Piya
The construction industry is constantly evolving. Projects are becoming more complex, client expectations are changing, regulations are becoming more demanding, and businesses must adapt to an increasingly challenging environment.
In this context, digital transformation has become a major priority.
Yet it is still too often seen as simply rolling out
new software or digitising a handful of tasks.
At Piya, we believe it goes much further than that.
Digital transformation means rethinking how businesses
organise their operations, collaborate, share information and use
digital technology to drive lasting improvements in performance.
This vision has guided our work from day one.
Our belief
The best tools are no substitute for a solid methodology, well-defined processes, or the expertise of the people who keep construction businesses moving every day. Digital technology should be seen as a driver of performance, capable of simplifying processes, strengthening collaboration, improving the reliability of information and helping businesses make better decisions. Successful digital transformation depends above all on striking the right balance between working practices, skills and the technologies that support them.
Structure working practices, establish a clear organisation and create a shared framework before undertaking any transformation.
Clarify responsibilities, make information exchanges more reliable and streamline day-to-day operations.
Empower the expertise of the people who bring construction projects to life every day.
Use digital technology to enhance performance, never as a source of additional complexity.
Understand the field before designing solutions
We believe innovation only creates value when it addresses a real need.
That is why we place just as much importance on understanding the industry’s challenges as we do on developing new solutions.
We regularly engage with business leaders, site managers, project managers, operations managers, architects, engineering firms, tradespeople and, more broadly, the professionals who bring construction projects to life.
Their feedback, experience and day-to-day challenges shape our thinking.
They help us better understand how the industry is changing and design responses that reflect the realities on the ground.
Building an ecosystem dedicated to digital transformation
Our ambition is to build an ecosystem that can support construction businesses throughout their digital transformation over the long term.
Piya
Digital transformation
Develop tools that address the real needs of construction professionals.
Share resources that help working practices evolve.
Build the skills required for digital transformation.
Support businesses throughout their transformation.
Encourage knowledge and experience sharing across the construction industry.
Because this transition is about much more than adopting technology.
It also requires understanding the industry’s emerging challenges, evolving working methods, developing team skills and supporting businesses throughout the process.
This vision is what drives us to progressively develop complementary solutions, content, training and services around one shared goal: making digital transformation more accessible, more practical and more valuable for construction professionals.
A long-term vision
Every business moves at its own pace, depending on its size, organisation, priorities and level of digital maturity.
We believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Our role is to support this evolution by providing solutions grounded in real-world needs and by staying closely attuned to an industry that is constantly changing.
We want to help build a more collaborative, more efficient industry that is better prepared for the challenges ahead.
The founder
Founder of Piya
Before founding Piya, Nahardine Mmadi worked on numerous projects involving digital infrastructure, cybersecurity and business digital transformation.
A graduate of EFREI Paris, he developed a strong conviction early in his career:
“Technology only creates value when it addresses real-world challenges.”
This conviction became one of Piya’s foundations and continues to shape the way we design our solutions, our content and our vision of digital transformation.
Our ambition
We know that digital transformation represents a major challenge for many businesses across the construction industry. Our ambition is to make this transition simpler, more accessible and more practical by developing solutions that address real-world needs. We will continue to evolve Piya with one clear priority: creating useful tools, supporting construction professionals and helping build a more efficient, more collaborative and future-ready industry.
